Introduction Beit Al-Mostaqbal Association - Preface Beit Al Mostaqbal Association is an independent Palestinian association established in 2001, registered by law as a non-profit organization. The association is located in Kozaa in Khanyounis Governorate. Beit Al Mostaqbal is informed by the necessity of creating independent, safe and sustainable environment for women and children in Khanyounis. In-cooperated values of self empowerment, self sufficiency, transparency and community participation is considered in the first stage. Vision Achieving community sustainable development in Khanyounis Governorate by empowering women and protecting children. Mission Beit Al Mostakbal Association is an independent, nonprofit NGO aims to achieve community sustainable development by empowering and protecting women and children in Khanyounis Governorate in which the association is committed to achieve its vision by obligating to the ethical values which includes transparency, equality and participation. - Project thought. - General description about project, How is thought development and what is main points? Peasant : The project is for poverty finishes in poor women class in khanyounis governorate towns are Abssan Alkabera, Abssan Aljadiden, Bane suhila and khozaa, so project targets poor farmer women whom no incdme we will choose 10 to 15 farmer from all twon, so it is 50 farmer. -Project nature -We will practice women to peasant embroidery for 50 hours to be ready of product featured pieces,suitable with consumption taste and peasant embroidery hobby through make production unit make in come for all farmer produce 100pocket,50 ( ( خدودية,50 pending,100glass carrier and 20types pieces throughout project period. -We will give 500 to every farmer to get all what she is want to make in come house productive,distribute in development in economic situation for women in neediness close from medicine,school tools,repay debt, university fee and sons transport and others. -Marketing Ways :- It's through distribution point and local marketing, through partner in pot ices which make on a year, through friends and trading shops, through visitors whom comes to society, through net working with foreign society make us able to export our production and open new market to sold her production as in the world. -Practicing :- Proffesional trainers will practice farmers and coordinator will focus courses and write reports to administration continue observe in land, Administration council will put a committee from 3 members to focus courses and stop in results every day. On the other hand, it will be committee from Administration council. members to focus and present services and suitable tools to progress the project. It will plan schedule for work days and hours puts in location overt courses days and hours and choice target group ( as following: - Distribution inter media. - Names list in society. - Poor people them selves. in the end off courses we will make gallery which include women production with community partner,municipality president,consideration members,benefits and donor to see product size,its equality and to any side that benefit of the target group of courses. -project relation with society activity :- society always works on women activities and ability on partner in families development, it holds professional courses on peasant embroidery. project environment :- project environment marginalize town which cant interest of any services. --project reasons :- Town women suffers in khanyounis governorate from solidity,poverty, marginalize and a lot of traditions which stop their movement.although women are ambitious and activities likes who give his and for them, if chances comes,she will achieve and work hardly. She knows how she exploit her time in serious and in team. A lot of obstacles which faces by women as poverty and no support from any one and lot debt, so women need to develop their ability, skills and material exploits to make profit project which reduce poverty we live it.
