Face Body Day Spa Terms & Conditions Gift Vouchers The perfect gift for all occasions. Our gift vouchers are available for any treatment and package or simply select the value of your voucher, leaving the recipient free to choose their ideal path to relaxation and rejuvenation. Beautifully presented, our gift vouchers have 6 months validity. Gift voucher can be exchanged to any treatment of the same value or if its extra you can pay the difference. You cannot redeem your Certificate for cash, or use it on a public holiday or Sunday. Expired Gift vouchers in the first month a reduction of 20% then 20% each month thereafter of the value. Our gift vouchers are not refundable. For your convenience As we are open extended hours to serve you better, please be aware that a 15% surcharge applies for weekends and late nights. No refunds or monetary returns will be given. Bookings Please ring the Day Spa on 02-96834338 or 0448670023 to make an appointment. Advance bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. A credit card or gift voucher number is required to hold all reservations. Cancellation Policy Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide more then 24 hours notice for weekdays and 48 hours notice for weekends or the full cost of the treatment will be charged Or 50% deposit required to hold the booking which is not refundable. For gift voucher bookings, cancellations of less than 24 hours for weekdays and 48 hours for weekends will result in your gift voucher being redeemed in full. Clint who cancel their booking for Saturdays can not have any other Saturday. The treatment has to be in the weekdays due to high demand on weekends. Arrival at The Day Spa To fully enjoy a complete Day Spa experience, we request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, in order for you to complete a consultation. So treatment can be start on time. Late arrivals will shorten your treatment time spent with us. Pricing Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. The Day Spa accepts cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards.
