TURNAROUND TIMES Our typical turnaround is 3-5 business days, however turnaround times may vary. Please contact us regarding your requested delivery date. SHIPPING All order are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, US. All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Should you wish for us to ship using your existing UPS or Fedex account, account details should be provided with Purchase Order. For international accounts, all shipping fees and import costs are to be covered by the retailer. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. BACKORDERS Certain products may occasionally be out of stock. You will be notified if any items you have ordered are backordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it immediately. CANCELLATIONS, RETURN AND EXCHANGES We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by email. All merchandize should be returned unopened and in its original packging. Please contact us before returning any items. PACKAGING All tattoos come packaged into protective clear bags. Small items (up to 4 x 4 in size) come in two tattoos per bag. Header cards (branded bag toppers) are available upon request. If you would like tattoos to be packaged with header cards, please mention this in your order notes. Orders with header card packaging are processed within 5-7 business days. While most of our products include a bar code and UPC number, select products do not include a bar code due to the small size. If bar codes are a requirement for your store, please mention this in your order notes so we can notify you of any items in your order which may require additional labeling. Thank you! MAP PRICING Our suggested retail prices are based on experience and customer feedback. Items may not be advertised for less than 25% of suggested retail. ONLINE RETAILERS We are currently limiting the number of online-only retailers we work with. 36 GOLDINKTATTOO.COM FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS HOW TO ORDER 37 HOW LONG DO THEY LAST? WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM? Tattoos will last for 2-4 days, depending on where they are placed. They are waterproof, don t forget to place them on a clean, oil-free skin surface! ARE THEY SAFE FOR THE SKIN? Absolutely! Our products are mindfully printed on paper from sustainably sourced forests (100% FSC-certified paper) with non-toxic soy-based inks. We are in compliance with safety standards for cosmetic products and meet all domestic and international regulatory requirements. Cosmetic product safety report can be provided upon request. HOW TO APPLY AND REMOVE? Remove clear top sheet & press tattoo firmly face down on skin. Wet tattoo thoroughly with wet cloth for 30 seconds, carefully peel off paper backing. Gently rinse with water for the best effect. Be sure not to stretch your skin until tattoo has set (5-10 minutes). To remove your tattoo, simply soak your skin in oil or rubbing alcohol and gently scrub off. CAN YOU GUARANTEE EXCLUSIVITY WITH OUR STORE? We do not offer exclusivity for specific regions or stores at this time. Our order minimum is $200 for new retailers. This helps to ensure that you have the best selection of our products. WHERE ARE THEY MADE IN? Tattoos are designed by artists in Los Angeles, CA, USA and printed at our factory in China. We re working hard to bring the production to the US. WHERE ARE THEY SHIPPED FROM? Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, United States. DO YOU HAVE A DISPLAY OPTION? We suggest using a pegboard for display. DO YOU PROVIDE HIGH RES PHOTOS FOR ONLINE SHOPS? Absolutely! High Resolution photos are available upon request. WHAT IS ON THE BACK OF THE TATTOOS? Application Instructions are printed on the back of the tattoos.
