Activities local to you 2019 Health Walks Health walks are open to everyone but are especially aimed at those who are least active. Health walks are free and led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate to the weather. No need to book, just turn up ready to walk. There are walks in Banbury, Begbroke, Bicester, Bloxham, Bodicote, Kidlington, Launton, Thrupp and Woodstock.
