HOW TO SPA Opening Hours Osprey Spa is open from 10am to 6pm daily. Reservations and Payment Please reserve treatments in advance by calling our Spa Reception on 02 6639 1555 or dialling extension 1555 from your room. Appointments must be reserved with a major credit card. In-house guests may charge treatments and products directly to their room. Arrival We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to complete the consultation form, enjoy a welcome drink and relax prior to treatment. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate you, however your treatment will be completed at the scheduled time so as not to inconvenience other guests. Spa Etiquette Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility. To ensure maximum relaxation for all guests, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone and converse in a quiet manner. Health & Wellbeing If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect your spa treatment please advise us at the time of booking. Massage only available after first trimester. Minimum Age Osprey spa welcomes guests aged 16 years and over. Children 12-16 may share a Spa experience with a parent or guardian in our double treatment room. After Hours Should you wish to schedule a massage outside opening hours, this can be arranged with advance notice and at an extra charge of $200. Group Bookings A 50% deposit is required for groups of five or more. Cancellations Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the fee being charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee and vouchers will become void. Gift Vouchers Give the gift of health and wellbeing with an Osprey Spa gift voucher. Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, products, and packages.
