Seniors want to go to Grad Nite Ticket sales- March 9- March 20 (or until sold out- we only have 3 busses this year with only 156 seats available) Here is what you have to do: 1. Fill out an Emergency Procedure Card- pick up in main office 2. Sign the Grad Nite Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement Formpick up in the main office 3. Check the LOP List (in your career school) *You will be on LOP if you have 4 or more unexcused absences in the same class period AND if you have 3 tardies in the same class that will count as 1 unexcused absence. You are also on LOP if you have any financial obligations. 4. Check Senior Status *Must be on track to graduate (200+ credits) 5. Buy your tickets for $150 from the Bookkeeper *Cash or money orders only- NO CHECKS *Turn in your completed Emergency Card & Rules sheet when you buy tickets *You must have a current 2014-2015 Senior ID Card *Buy your tickets with your friends to get on the same bus *NO BUS SWITCHES WILL BE MADE!!!

Grad Nite @ Magic Mountain RULES & REGULATIONS 1. All items that you re bringing on the bus, must be taken to the East Gym on Thursday, May 16 th AT BREAK. You can hold onto your wallet, keys, phone and IPODs. 2. Meet at Madera South High East Gym at 2:00pm to check in on May 16 th. 3. Bus switches will not be made. 4. Appropriate attire must be worn during the bus ride and at Grad Nite. Students not in appropriate attire will not be allowed to board the bus- see Magic Mountain dress code for more information. 5. All students will be checked by school personnel for picture identification and illegal controlled substances prior to boarding the bus. 6. If problems occur at any time with a student, he/she must be picked up by a parent or he/she will be turned over to law enforcement officials. 7. DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF SPACES AVAILABLE, REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE CONFLICTING SCHOOL ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED FOR MAY 16. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER REASON. Grad Nite Magic Mountain ticket includes: *Early Dinner/Dance Pre-party Admission @ 9:30pm-5:30am, Live Concert, All-You-Can-Eat- Buffet Meal @ 11:30pm-1:30am, Multiple Dance Floors, Private Dance Club and DJ, Early entrance to the most popular roller coasters including X2, Viper, Revolution and Tatsu, a 6 x 8 Kodak Photo voucher (on rides or with friends in park) and a return ticket to Hurricane Harbor. TIME: Bring all items you plan to take and drop off at break on Thursday, May 16 th to the East Gym. You may hold onto wallets, cell phones, Ipods, etc Check in will be at 2:00pm. You will return between 8:00am and 10:00am on Friday, May 17th (you do not have to attend school that day) busses will arrive to the Academic B parking lot MEDICATION: If a student needs to bring medication INTO THE PARK, inform MSHS Activities Office, 675-4450. Ex 1083 NO LATER THAN MAY 10. Students are not allowed to carry medication while in the park. BEHAVIOR: Good manners and consideration for others are asked of the graduates to ensure everyone's fun. No alcoholic beverage/drugs/tobacco will be tolerated. All students will be checked when boarding buses and again at Magic Mountain. If anyone becomes a serious behavior problem, parents will be called and asked to pick-up the student. Magic Mountain sets all the rules of behavior, dress and transportation. No ice chests will be allowed on the bus. REFUNDS: REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE CONFLICTING SCHOOL ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED FOR MAY 16-17. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER REASON. MAGIC MOUNTIAN DRESS CODE Acceptable for Everyone: Jeans Khakis or dress pants Jackets / Sweatshirts / Sweaters (gentlemen must wear a collared shirt underneath) Any apparel/clothing purchased at Six Flags Grad Nite. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Gentlemen must wear a collared shirt. Polo/Button Down collared shirts are okay. Acceptable for the ladies: o Purses (no larger than 8.5 x 11 ) o Dresses or Skirts (no more than 3 above the knee) o Capri s o Blouses Please note these important requirements NOT PERMITTED: No T-Shirts No Shorts No Backpacks or any large duffle bags No clothing affiliated with a school, sports team, group, club, etc. (i.e. letterman jackets, clothing with school logos, etc., including groups with matching shirts, pants, etc.) No clothing in poor condition (torn jeans and shirts, etc.) No extremely revealing clothing (i.e. bathing suit tops or bottoms, tops showing midriff, see-through clothing, etc.) No briefcases, hip packs (fanny packs), camera bags, tote bags, or oversized purses are allowed. No headwear of any kind (Hats, Bandana s or Beanies) PLEASE NOTE: Any belongings that you bring into the park will be searched. Please note that failure to follow the above guidelines may result in delayed admission &/or denial of admission to your Grad Nite event. Also, Magic Mountain Security has the right to refuse admission to anyone they deem not appropriately dressed for the event.

Extremely revealing clothing (i.e. bathing suit tops or bottoms, see-through clothing, etc.) Hats and other head attire, including beanies and wigs All backpacks, hip packs, camera bags, tote bags, and oversized purses larger than 8-1/2" x 11". Camera and cell phone cases Shoes with skate wheels Weapons, knives, chemical irritants of any kind, laser pointers Prescription medication Over-the-counter medications Tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, snuff, etc.) and related materials (lighters, matches, pipes, etc.) Alcohol or any controlled substance Bandanas (either worn or hanging from belt loops/pockets etc.) Glass containers and/or fluids of any kind. This includes water, any drinks and perfumes Food and beverage (including water bottles and snack items) Snack items include but are not limited to gum/mints/candy (no candy containers) Spiked style jewelry or belts Aerosol cans/bottles PLEASE NOTE: Any belongings that you bring into the park will be searched.
