MARENCE cosmetics are based on extracts from freshwater mud, and created from high-quality fresh ingredients of natural origin: full amino acid complex, vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, B9, PP, rutin, antioxidants, enzymes, macro- and microelements, including fulvic acids, which are natural detoxifiers of heavy metals. HONEY MASSAGE using Latvian ecological honey A very powerful procedure to improve the overall health and body condition. This intensive massage technique using honey effectively breaks down fats cells and deeply warms your body and massages tensed muscles, removes excess fluid and toxins from the body and due to the unique properties of honey, the body receives both a peeling and a nourishing mask. Honey massage strengthens your immune system and nervous system; it is one of the most effective anti-cellulite procedures. During this procedure the back, hips and upper arms are massaged. SPA rituals GMT BEAUTY is a Latvian brand of professional cosmetics and is made from organic raw materials of natural origin. The ingredients are approved by dermatological tests, and this cosmetic does not contain colourants or other allergy causing ingredients. This product consists of rare ingredients such as: Abyssinian grape seed oil, ginkgo extract, wheat germ protein, onion seed oil, that promotes regenerative and healing processes, while cleaning, nourishing, softening and toning the skin. LIGHT STEP : CRANBERRY SCRUB AND FOOT MASSAGE This procedure is for rapid relief from swollen and fatigued feet. SPA PROGRAMME FOR TWO CHOCOLATE EUPHORIA The seductive aroma of chocolate improves the mood and relieves emotional tension. A peeling of coffee beans gently cleanses the skin without irritating it. It continues with a relaxing massage of chocolate massage cream. The ritual is completed with a nutritious chocolate mask that softens the skin and restores the skin s balance. Your skin becomes elastic and toned. The aroma of chocolate contributes to the production of endorphin a hormone of happiness, helping to reduce stress and fatigue. HEMP SPA This hemp SPA procedure is developed specifically for men. It comprises hemp s useful properties. The skin becomes smooth, while decreasing stress and tension in the muscles. SPA etiquette (House rules for visitors) You are welcome to book your appointment and procedures by phone or at the reception desk. If you cannot attend the procedure at your reserved time for some reason, please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. When booking your procedures you can also indicate your preferred specialist. If you have a preferred specialist, please indicate this when booking your procedures. It is recommended that you arrive at the centre 10-15 minutes before your appointment, to be sure that there is enough time to prepare and change your clothing..keep in mind that for the benefit of all our clients, any delay on your part may result in an adjustment of the timing of your procedures. A significant number of procedures involve showering beforehand. Clients should shower and change into the provided gown, slippers and disposable underwear. Ladies are advised to remove make-up, and men should not shave less than 3 hours before undergoing facial treatments. Please, keep in mind, to remove ornaments and watches before the procedure. The administration is not responsible for items left in dressing gowns, on the dressing tables of the treatment rooms and in places of general use. The administration is not responsible for valuables left inside lockers. To maintain a relaxing environment, please avoid loud conversations and the use of mobile phones. Smoking in our centre is prohibited. Drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Tipping of your specialists remains at the discretion of the Client.
