Spa Etiquette Appointment Information ~ We recommend you to make a reservation in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. Children ~ Children under age of 12 are not allowed at the spa unless accompanied by an adult. Arrival Time ~ In order to attain the most from your spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Our team will be happy to welcome you and reconfirm your preferences and requests. Late Arrival ~ Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time. Unless there is sufficient availability, each session will be finished exactly on scheduled time out of courtesy to the next scheduled guest. Peaceful Environment ~ Your personal time at Wave Spa is for relaxation. We ask that you respect other guest s privacy by speaking softly. Please switch off your mobile phones, tablets or any other electronic devices upon entering the spa. Valuables ~ We recommend that you leave your valuables at your room as we regret to inform that Wave Spa can t be hold responsible for loss or damage of personal items. Pregnancy ~ For the safety of you and your unborn child, use of the spa is not advised during pregnancy. Health Conditions ~ If you have low/high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical conditions, we advise that you consult a doctor before reserving spa treatments. ~ Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any spa treatment. Cancellation Policy ~ A 4-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required for all services. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full charge will be imposed for a no-show.
