PROJECTED EARNINGS

SWOT ANALYSIS STRENGTH The company is managed by professionals at Key managerial positions possessing experience of more than two decades in the textile industry. The proposed planned unit is located in Industrial development centers of Gujarat and has access to water, power and skilled labour. WEAKNESS The company does not have experience in carpet manufacturing line of business, though promoters are experienced in fabric manufacturing through their group company. In order to minimize the risk, the company has to appoint technical persons as Directors on the Board. The Company has acquired land for the project and awarded the Consulting services to M/s Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., a reputed company of the Tata Group. The site chosen has advantages of proximity to availability of cotton, PP and good transport facilities including for exports. The company proposes to install a BCF yarn

SWOT ANALYSIS OPPORTUNITY The product has universal demand. About 70% of the sale of the Company is meant for exports, mostly to Middle-East countries, and remaining will be sold in domestic market. Under the Gujarat Textile Policy 2012, the Government of Gujarat gives incentives to the industry. Under the policy, the company is entitled to subsidy for the Training Institute. China, Pakistan and Bangladesh losing their export competiveness due to structural changes THREAT The prices and availability of raw materials are highly fluctuating. As per the carpets industry is export oriented, expectation of slow economic growth in developed economies may hamper growth of the industry in coming years that may weigh further on margins which is already under pressure. The economic recession in the American and European market may dampen the export potential. Adverse movement in foreign exchange rates. Adverse Government policies and trade barriers
