I love the idea, and have enjoyed receiving updates each morning on how she has managed to make someone else s life as well as her own a little happier. Her random acts of kindness have included: tracking down the previous owner of her home so that she could deliver a parcel that had arrived for him, helping an elderly American couple do a self-service check-in at the airport, running after a fellow bus passenger who d left behind a parcel, and baking cupcakes for the security guards in her complex.
