Shambhala Spa, set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings, with views out across the stunning grounds and gardens, provides you with the perfect environment and ambience to help you to relax and enjoy your time with us. All our products are made in the UK and have been carefully researched and uniquely put together using only the finest and whenever possible, most natural of ingredients. They do not contain SLS, Parabens, mineral oils, synthetic colour or genetically modified ingredients. They have also not been tested on animals. All our treatments, 60 minutes or over also include full use of the Spa Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam & Sauna rooms before your treatment and use of our relaxation room after treatment.

Mud Rasul Mud glorious detoxifying mud has been used for centuries as part of a cleansing ritual combining steam and heat to release toxins, draw out impurities and remove dead skin cells. Mud Rasul is a fun treatment for two to share and we ve added in some colour therapy for you too, which is believed by many to help the body and mind find its natural balance again. Treatment is in the private Rasul treatment suite for 2 and begins with a body scrub applied to yourself or each other to prepare the skin for an application of the therapeutic Rasul mud. After relaxing in the steam, a warm monsoon shower cleanses the skin of the mud, leaving you feeling relaxed but refreshed! Follow this treatment with a massage if you really want to experience the full works. A choice of scrubs allows you to tailor your treatment even further.
