If you are a Gateway Canyons guest, please call ext. 2598. Arrival Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to check in and begin the relaxation process. Your treatment will start promptly at its designated time. Should you arrive late for your service, you will be deprived of valuable treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time. Cancellation Policy All services are reserved specifically for you. We request your treatment be reserved with a credit card. You will be charged 50% of your service if you cancel within twentyfour hours and the full amount if you no-show. Upon Arriving Feel free to arrive in whatever attire is comfortable. Showering prior to or after your treatment will depend upon availability and scheduling with other services. Men having facials should shave no less than two hours prior to their service.

Additional Amenities Fitness Center The fitness center provides all the equipment you need to stay on a healthy track while away from home. Guests must be 16 years of age to use the equipment. Those under 16 must have adult supervision at all times.
