We have had much success with the specialty lip color kit displays and slowly everyone is starting to add the others. These displays are gaining more attention and have helped increase our retailer sales, as well as, it will be a year in July. CONTEST DRAWING Page: 3 Join our contest for the month of May and June. Every retailer who places an order over $500.00 will be entered to win a beautiful gift basket put together by our sales team! May and June should be good months to accumulate some bigger sales with Spring vacations and Mother s Day. Get creative and offer your customers something different, it does not have to be a discounted item or kit. It could be as easy as advising how to layer lip color. This is a great way to get men involved as well. They are always looking to buy something for the women in their life, but have a hard time picking out the specifics like colors. It is a fun and easy way to get new customers! TIP from Jessica of our sales staff: Find twins or triplets, if you sell one you will get two or three new customers. The update for our annual purchasing requirements to stay an active retailer is as follows For Full Retailers to maintain Active Status a retailer must purchase a minimum of $1500.00 during each calendar year from Lip Ink, or the prorated amount of $1500.00 (not including the initial purchase) in the year the retailer becomes active. Also, retailers must replace Lip product color testers annually, to stay on the store locator. For Specialty Retailers to maintain Active Status a retailer must purchase a minimum of $700.00 during each calendar year from Lip Ink, or the prorated amount of $700.00 (not including the initial purchase) in the year the retailer becomes active. Specialty Retailers can buy multiple displays to reach this goal and can go on the store locator for the display they are promoting, per the retailer agreement policies and procedures, with an approved retail location. Specialty retailers do not combine purchases to become a full retailer and can only purchase pre-packaged goods for their display in the listed bulk quantities on the website. For full retailers potentially approaching becoming inactive due to not meeting their minimum, be assured you can purchase specialty displays to continue selling the product and remain on the store locator!
