Phase 1. Personal brand consultation and wardrobe edit Duration: Approx. 4-5 hours Location: In the Comfort of your own home or Skype! With a scented candle and your favourite pot of tea I ll get to know who you are inside and out! ( No pressure!) Discuss what your life style looks like from Monday-Sunday and 6 months ahead. Activities to understand and refine your personal style. Assess and review your personal style. Create a strong brief. BREAK With the strong brief created we will head straight into the wardrobe to cleanse it. All clothes, shoes and accessories will be assessed. Advice given on what can stay, what could go and how to wear items differently. Recognise which items are missing in your wardrobe. Create a checklist of those items and where you could buy them from. It was such a cleansing process! I have become so selfaware and Confident Wardrobe structure and organisation to allow efficiency when coming to get dressed every morning. You now have a wardrobe full of items that make you feel amazing and you can pick something with your eyes closed and Love it
Phase 2. Personal shopping session Duration: Approx. 4-5Hours Location: Shopping centre TBC dependent on needs I will be shopping before you arrive with the list we have created in Phase 1. All clothes are put aside till you arrive. Upon arrival, we will visit all stores together and try on all items. Find what works as well as what doesn t work in store making it easier next time you shop on your own. Learn tips and tricks to change the look of an outfit. Buy less, choose well Less is more! WOOHOO! Shopping is fun when you re on a mission
Phase 3. Personal style guide Duration: Approx. 3 hours Location: In the Comfort of your own home! We will now integrate all your clothes from Phase 1. and Phase 2. You will now have a complete wardrobe. A minimum of 35 creative outfit options for you to flick through your phone when you re unsure of what to wear. Learn tips on how to be versatile and wear the same thing in different ways. Your very own personal style guide provided for your convenience. WOW! Putting it together was my favourite part
Moving Forward. Next Steps Research suggests that it takes approximately 21 days to form a habit, but it takes more than 2 months before a new behaviour becomes automatic 66 days to be exact. So, I ve got your back! For 9 weeks you will have ongoing support through phone and email if you wanted to discuss events, outfit options or just want to have a chat, I m here for you! If you re use to waking up every morning thinking Oh what am I going to wear today? and the process of getting dressed has become a chore, then this process will transform your life! If you cannot afford to buy new clothes right now but want to work with the clothes you have, then just taking on Phase 1. and Phase 3 would be suitable. It has been proven that those that dress better, feel better, and when you feel better about yourself you become happier, happier people are more productive people, making you a greater asset. Learning about this flow-on affect and how your self-image is a catalyst for many other aspects of your life has been my motivation to empower others through this process.
