For Your Information Tipping: We are here to serve you and make your spa experience as relaxing as possible. No tipping is required. Hours: Tuesday Wednesday-Thursday Friday-Saturday Sunday 10am-5pm 10am-7pm 10am-6pm Noon-4pm Reservations: We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance due to popularity of our excellent services. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself enough time to enjoy refreshments, our outdoor gardens and to complete any required forms; especially if you are a first-time guest. Medical: All guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon checkin, designed with your well-being in mind. Cancellation: Guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation are granted full credit at the spa provided a 24-hour notice for individual appointments or 48-hour notice for packages or multiple services is provided. We do not provide refunds for no-show appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours or 48 hours will be billed 100%. Late Arrivals: We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees. Age Requirements: Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult. To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, children are not allowed to accompany clients during any services. Quiet Environment: As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa. What To Wear: We will provide you with a robe and sandals to wear during your spa experience. We also have lockers for you to store your personal belongings during your time at the spa. Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items, we request that you do not bring any valuables to the spa. During your massage and/or facial, you will be professionally draped at all times. You are not obliged to wear anything under your robe.
