Join this special club when you achieve $1,000,000 or more in cumulative Retail Central Branch Sales. Leaders who join this club will receive special recognition at National Conference. Ladies In Red The color red says it all dynamic, eye-catching, fabulous, and inspiring. These words are all synonymous of this very special group of ladies, our Ladies in Red. When you promote to District Director you also become a Lady in Red. Your pin is presented the first month following your qualification. Jan & Frank day Award Our most prestigious award is given to the woman who embodies the spirit of our founders, Jan and Frank Day. RULES Qualification Period: January 1 - December 31, 2012. All the recognition categories in this brochure will be presented to achievers at JAFRA s 2013 National Conference. For Branch Promotions recognition, all Leader levels will be combined and the Top 3 Leaders with the most new Branch Promotions will be recognized. Only Branches who promote to Managers for the very first time or that re-qualify to Manager after 24 months of having lost their Manager title will count for this recognition category. New Branches must have a monthly average of $1,000 or more in Central Branch Paid Wholesale Sales. To be considered for this category the minimum requirement is 3 or more directly promoted eligible Branches. Jan and Frank Day award recipient must be present at National Conference in order to be recognized. Million Dollar Club: Central Branch Retail Sales are cumulative and will be considered from the year 2000 onward. To preserve the integrity and effectiveness of JAFRA s Annual Recognition Awards Program, JAFRA may audit participation and qualification when necessary. Disqualification may occur if sales or New Consultants are placed under another Consultant s name. JAFRA reserves the right to replace any award/premium in this brochure with another award/premium of equal or higher value if deemed necessary. 1/2012 16777
