TERMS & CONDITIONS Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at time of booking. The minimum age for treatments is 16 Beauty Breaks: Bookings made less than 28 days prior to date of arrival full payment is required at time of booking. Beauty breaks made more than 28 days prior to date of arrival require 25 deposit per person to secure the booking, with remaining balance required 28 days prior to arrival. Beauty Days: 25 per person deposit required on booking. Beauty Treatments: All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid debit or credit card to confirm the booking. All deposits and final balances received are non-refundable or transferable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your beauty day or beauty treatments you will be charged 50% of the full amount, 100% to non-arrivals. We cannot guarantee availability for extra beauty treatments if they are not booked at the same time as your beauty package. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to relax and complete consultation. Regretfully late arrival for appointments will result in reduced treatment time All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
