10.2 REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS Page 7 of 7 (a) Replacement of individual items shall be on an as needed basis not an annual basis, as determined and authorized by the respective Department Head on the Purchase Order Form provided by the Town. (b) Prior to the Department Head placing any clothing order, due regard shall be made to the monies allocated to clothing purchases under the Town s Operating Budget. Human Resources shall review purchases being made by Departments to ensure compliance with Town Policy. (c) Clothing will be bulk purchased from a local supplier in accordance with the Town s Purchasing Policy whenever possible. 10.3 APPLICABILITY OF SECTION (a) (b) (c) The policies contained in this Section of the Personnel Policy apply to the Municipal Employees Association group only. Clothing Policy for CUPE members is found in the CUPE Contract Clothing for Seasonal or Contract staff is found within their employment contract. 10.4 PURCHASE ORDER FORMS BY DEPARTMENT
