General Information Forward Orders Export Orders Bespoke/MTO Next day delivery Stock lines: Orders not taken within two weeks of the originally agreed dispatch date will be cancelled. Tolerances: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process we may receive more or less garments than the original order stated. If the quantities are within an acceptable tolerance we will despatch the full receipted quantity. Bespoke/MTO: Orders can be dispatched and invoiced within a two week window prior to the latest required dispatch date, as agreed at time of order. Returns BMB like to keep things as simple as possible for our customers. We have tried to keep our Returns Policy hassle free and request that, before sending goods back to us, you: Contact Customer Services on 0333 7000 888 or email customer.services@bluemaxbanner.co.uk Key points to note: Faulty garments may be returned up to three months from the date of purchase. Discontinued stock items, Bespoke/MTO or embroidered items cannot be returned or credited, unless faulty. In the event that a customer has ordered garments in error, subject to prior approval, these may be sent back within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are in a saleable condition and, where applicable, in original packaging. These will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, minimum charge of 25.00 applies. Unauthorised returns will be subject to a considerably higher fee. Please supply the original sales order or invoice number. All returns will be credited at the invoiced price, less any restocking fee. Full details of this process can be found on our website. A surcharge of 0% on freight costs will be applied if customers do not have their own account with any freight forwarder. Stock orders are not guaranteed for next day dispatch. Pallet Pricing This price band is designed to provide any customer with an exceptional price if they purchase full case quantities (same size, same colour) of stock supported products with a minimum invoice value of 5000 before VAT. Offer not available for hanging garments or safety boots and cannot be combined with any other promotion. No back orders permitted. Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse two days after receipt of order. Delivery will be within two days from date of dispatch. All deliveries are kerbside drops.
