Our innovative grading process and packaging ensures that we can offer a wiping cloth solution for any application. Flat Packed First quality mill ends are packed flat and stacked in a case. Crumpled Packed Wipers are pulled from bales and packed in cases to desired weight. Brick Packed Compressed packaging which allows for 50% space reduction when storing product compared to boxes. Outer poly wrapper protects product during storage and can also be used as a dispensing system. It doesn't crush like boxes and is impervious to rain and damp storage conditions, leaving wipers clean and dry. Available in 5, 10, 25 and 50 pound packages. Poly Bag Available in first quality mill ends, wipers are sealed in clear plastic bags for cleanliness, moisture protection and inventory control. Knit Pack Crumpled pack wipers are packed in 5 pound increments for ease in use, portability and inventory control. Wiping Cloths New Mill Ends New mill ends are obtained from textile and garment manufacturers. They have never been made into clothing and are generally more consistent and contaminant free when compared to reclaimed rags. Fabric types include t-shirt, sweatshirt (fleece), thermal knit, and terry knit. Typical colored choices are white, mixed colors, and some products are available in gray which is often used as a less expensive option to white. Select new mill ends are pre-washed to increase absorbency and remove lint. Wiper sizes are approximate for most new mill ends. Reclaimed Rags Reclaimed rags are a lower cost alternative to new mill ends. Reclaimed rags are cut from recycled clothing and sorted into categories by fabric type that have certain features and sometimes color. Reclaimed rags will vary in size and fabric content. Because they have been washed so many times, they are normally more absorbent and softer. New Towels Our cleaning towel offering includes bar mops, washcloths, hand towels, half towels and bath towels. Sizes are given before washing and are approximate. All new towels are unwashed. MicroWorks Microfiber MicroWorks microfiber towels clean, polish, protect and help shine surfaces without harmful chemicals. One strand of MicroWorks microfiber is several hundred times smaller than a strand of cotton. This low lint, hypo-allergenic, non-abrasive wiper has wedge shaped microfibers that scoop, lift and trap dirt without scratching.
