To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All spa treatments and packages will require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment. ARRIVAL TIME Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive up to 45 minutes in advance of your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. HOW TO SPA SPA FACILITIES AND ACCESS The following spa facilities are available at Sienna Spa & Health Club: sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, 12 meter swimming pool and spa changing relaxation areas. Any face or body treatments over 1 hour, includes the complimentary spa use 30 minutes prior to booking. GYM A state-of-the-art gym equipped with the Technogym cardio vascular and strength machines and free weights area. Personal trainers are on hand to help you prepare for sporting events, specific goals or assistance with the creation of a life-changing fitness routine. The Gym is available to hotel guests, members and day spa guests. SWIMMING POOL The 12 meter swimming pool is available to hotel guests, members and day spa guests only. Any children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age. One adult may be responsible for two children. The spa will provide luxurious towels, robes and slippers and any amenities required for use during your spa visit.

PREGNANCY We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. CHILDREN S POLICY We are delighted to offer a selected list of treatments for children under 16 years old however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration apart from manicures and pedicures taken in the Manicure area. CANCELATION POLICY A 50% non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 48 Hours notice is required to re-schedule or cancel an appointment and transfer your deposit.
