Drinking water is provided. Appropriate footwear is required. Pre-registration is required and all hikes are complimentary for hotel guests. Available daily from 8am 10am. To maintain this tranquil environment, we ask that you respect others privacy, by speaking softly in all areas of the spa. In addition, for your peace and privacy, cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted. If you would like to receive messages, please let one of our colleagues know and we will be happy to assist. SPA ARRIVAL We recommend you arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the facilities and ensure your treatment starts on time. Please note that all treatments end on time, regardless of start time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience. To make any changes to your booking, please contact the Spa: 1-877-289-7354 PERSONAL MATTERS Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will also be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival, so that we are able to customize your experience. SPA ATTIRE Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Disposable undergarments are available upon request. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided as well as a locker for your personal belongings. We ask that you please leave jewelry and valuables in your hotel room. SPA GUIDELINES Willow Stream Spa is for guests 18 years of age or older. Please let us know if you are pregnant, as there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please make your request known when scheduling your treatment. Shaving is recommended but not necessary for gentlemen prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, please do so at least two hours prior to your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
