Hints and tips to ensure your treatment is a success: If its your first visit to us, allow extra time to find the Salon prior to your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. Please turn off your mobile phone during your visit. For any foot treatments please bring open toe shoes or thongs to wear after your treatment to avoid damage to your polish. Dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move about, layers are good. For full body treatments we provide a wrap and robe. Our Therapists are trained to drape professionally to ensure your comfort and dignity at all times. Please advise us at least 24 hours prior to your treatment if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Advise your Consultant of any medical conditions, allergies or special needs when booking or prior to your consultation so we can best meet your requirements. Please ensure you provide a mobile number for booking confirmations. Due to safety reasons we prefer children do not accompany you to the salons or spas. Children must be supervised at all times. Your relaxation time and safety and that of our other clients is our priority.
