Tickets: Entrance fee (wristband) 10, Group ticket 25 (max. 5 persons/group), children under 7 years: no entry fee. Tampere regional transport has three buses driving the Night of the Museums-line from 6pm to 11.30pm, the line is marked on the map. The first bus starts from the Museum Centre Vapriikki at 6pm, departures approximately every 10 minutes. With the Night of the Museums entrance wristband you can travel by the bus between our attractions. With the regular buses operating between the city centre and Pispala and Hervanta you can get to the Lauri Viita Museum (Pispala) and the Police Museum (Hervanta) by showing your entrance wristband. If need be, the buses will also stop on the regular bus stops on the route. 1. Weather permitting the public gets a chance to paint the inner courtyard of the Finlayson area together with young artists and art students. 7. Nonstop painting workshop lets you try out harmonious colors with the velvety, chalky Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. You can paint claypots, glass jars and tin cans. Gallery space: Jarkko Rantanens forest themed paintings. In his work he plays with discord and harmony. The basis of his artwork is in an environment where the forest has grown over old entrenchments and trenches. Studio space: paintings by Frida Moukulainen. Her artwork consists of two layers: the canvas that stays underneath, to which the painting is made as a collage, and of the oil painted plastic see-through sheet. 7pm OLD ART POSTCARDS. The art centre gives away postcards made by artists who are members of Tampere Artists Association.

Norwegian Forest cat Aamu works as a socialmedia police cat in the Police Museum, she makes sure that people remember that security is important in the socialmedia too and brings joy to all. You can take photos of Aamu and pet it, she s in the museum with her owner Taru kyntäjä. If need be, Aamu will take a nap in her crate. 6.30pm CHOIR MUSIC FOR THE SPRING, TAMPERE POLICE CHOIR.

6pm-9pm POKELA POLICE STATION. There are plenty of things to do for the kids at the Pokela police station: put on a police uniform, hop on the driver s seat of a police car and try out various police duties! You can also meet teddy bears at the police station and tell them about your day and cuddle them. Nonstop programme. OLGA S CELLAR OPEN 6pm-9pm INTRODUCTION TO OLGA S CELLAR AND PIRKANMAA PROVINCIAL MUSEUMS ADOPT A MONUMENT PROGRAM IN NÄSINPUISTO. The 150-years old cellar has been renovated during the winter and the story of the renovation is told via a photocafégraphy exhibition. Coffee and buns are served and stories of the history and the future of the cellar are told.
