If the fingers are too thick on the template, it s hard to recreate the design with actual henna on actual rounded fingers. The thinner fingers and small hand templates help compensate for that issue. Draw out henna designs or do actual henna on the paper. A great way to practice is to place the template in a plastic sleeve cover and henna the plastic sleeve. When you are finished, you can wipe the henna away and try again!
