Instructions: I Preparation: 1) Start out by wetting your face in lukewarm water and massage one pump of the facial soap into your skin. Massage until the lather is completely white. (Figure 1) NOTE: if you have long hair pin it back off your face using the big hair clip. 2) Wash the lather off with lukewarm water and dry your face with a towel. Figure 1 How to wash your face 3) Scrub your lips by applying a pea-sized amount of the Bubble Gum lip scrub. 4) Wash off the remaining lip scrub with lukewarm water and dry with a towel 5) Apply a pea-sized amount of the Moisture Jelly to a completely clean and dry face. Massage the moisturizer into your skin with your fingers in circular motions. Give the moisturizer time to absorb into your skin. 6) Apply a thin layer of Lip Balm to your Lips. II Face: 1) Apply a pea-sized amount of Primer to your face by distributing the primer in smaller dots on your forehead, nose and cheekbones. (Figure 2) 2) Massage the primer into your skin in small circular motions using your fingers, starting from your nose and working your way outwards. Let it settle into your skin. (Figure 2) 3) Open the container of Mineral Foundation and carefully sprinkle a small amount of the powder foundation into the lid of the container. NOTE: be careful to chose the right color of foundation. You can get help finding the right color in your local drug store. Figure 2 How to apply primer 3
4) Twirl the Kabuki Blush Brush into the foundation powder in the lid, tap off any excess product at the edge of the lid, and apply it to your cheeks, nose and chin with the Brush using small circular motions. NOTE: for the best result start at your jaw and hairline and work your way towards the center of your face in the circular motions. 5) Apply mineral foundation to your forehead using the same technique as described in the step above. NOTE: for better coverage repeat these steps until you have obtained the result you wish. 6) Apply a generous amount of concealer in a triangle form underneath your eyes using the applicator from the concealer bottle. 7) Blend the concealer into your foundation in small circular motions using the concealer brush. 8) Apply concealer to the corners of your nose using the applicator and blend it into the foundation with the concealer brush. Figure 3 How to apply mineral powder foundation to your brush Figure 4 How to apply concealer under your eyes NOTE: this technique can also be used to cover possible red or dark spots or blemishes on your face. 9) Contour your face by taking the Hoola bronzer and apply a small amount in the hollow of your cheeks underneath your cheekbones and along your hairline on your forehead using the applicator brush included in the bronzer set. (Figure 5) 10) Contour your nose by applying a small amount of Hoola Bronzer to the sides of your nose with the application brush. 11) Apply a small amount of highlighter to the top of your cheekbones and blend it into your skin using your fingers. (Figure 5) Figure 5 How to contour and highlight your face 4
12) Apply a small amount of highlighter to the bridge of your nose and blend it in using your fingers. 13) Blend the Hoola bronzer and the highlighter into your skin using the Kabuki Powder Brush. Move the brush in circular motions over the applied bronzer and highlighter until there are no sharp edges between the bronzer, the highlighter, and the foundation base. 14) Apply a very thin layer of the MAC Golden Bronzer to your whole face. NOTE: Do not apply to much Golden bronzer, just enough to give your face a natural glow. 15) Apply the Rose Gold blush to the apple of your cheeks using the blusher brush. 16) Blend the blush into your skin by using the Kabuki Powder Brush. III Eyes and Eyebrows: 1) Apply a small amount of eye shadow primer to each eyelid using the applicator from the product and smooth it our using your finger. Let the primer settle into the skin for a couple of minutes. 2) Apply the Line Express eye liner in a thick line above your lashes. (Figure 6, picture 1). 3) Apply the eye shadow Era to your whole eyelid using the Good Karma shadow brush. (Figure 6, picture 2). 4) Apply the eye shadow Copperplate to your crease using the Good Karma Figure 6 How to apply eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara and filling out your brows shadow brush. (Figure 6, picture 4) 6) Apply the eye shadow Naked Lunch to your eyelid, starting from the inner corner and working your way out towards the middle of the eyelid using the Good Karma crease brush. (Figure 6, picture 5). 7) Blend Naked Lunch into the other colors. 5
NOTE: Blend the colors to avoid sharp lines and create a more natural transition between the colors and your skin. 8) Put a little bit of the highlighter on your finger and gently apply it to the brow bone just underneath your eyebrow. 9) Apply a small amount of the eye shadow Orb in the inner corners of your eyes to make your eyes look bigger and more open. 10) Apply a thin line of the Express eye liner underneath your bottom lashes. (Figure 6, picture 6). 11) Apply a small amount of the eye shadow Era on top of the eye liner under your bottom lashes using the Good Karma shadow brush. (Figure 6, picture 7). 12) Use the Good Karma shadow brush to blend together the eyeliner and the eye shadow underneath your eyes. 13) Apply the liquid eye liner in a thick line on top of your lashes. (Figure 6, picture 8). 14) Take the eyebrow pencil and gently fill in your eyebrows little by little starting at the bottom line of your brow and working your way upwards, apply color until you reach a smooth and even result. (Figure 6, picture 9). 15) Settle the eyebrows by applying a small amount of the Brow Drama gel with the applicator from the product to each eyebrow. 16) Use the eyelash curler to sculpt your eyelashes. 17) Apply a thick layer of the They re Real! Mascara to your lashes. Apply to both your top and bottom lashes. (Figure 6, picture 10). NOTE: repeat this step if you want fuller, longer lashes. IV Lips: 1) Apply a thick line of the Soar lip liner. (Figure 7) 2) Apply a thin layer of the Fast Play Lipstick.
