Jogger style black shoes are not permitted. Examples only Sport shoes must provide good support to the foot and have laces and non-marking soles. Canvas shoes are not acceptable. The predominant colour must be white, blue, grey or black. Prep and Year 1 students are permitted to wear shoes with velcro fasteners in lieu of laces. Mary-jane style shoes are not permitted 6

Girls must have their hair away from the face and tied up with a College ribbon, while boys must have a college cut (short back and sides). 7
HAIR Hair must be kept well groomed, brushed, neat and tidy. Girls hair longer than the bottom of the collar must be tied up with a navy and/or gold ribbon or scrunchie. Loose hair must be neatly pinned with hair pins or small clips. Hair ties may be black, navy or gold and hair pins or clips must be brown, navy or gold. Students are not peritted to wear streaks, foils or tips or an unnatural colour. The standard for male hair cuts is a business cut ; with fringes no longer than to the eyebrows, hair trimmed above the collar and trimmed around the ears with the ears exposed. The style may be worn with a part, brush back, brush forward or a flick up at the front. Hair may be no shorter than a number 3 blade and no part of the hair should be undercut. COSMETICS Students may only wear a clear, transparent moisturiser/sunscreen and/or a medicated spot/blemish treatment. No other creams, powder or tinted products are to be used unless a doctor s certificate supporting the use of another, medicated product is produced. Students may not wear eyeliner or mascara or have pencilled-in eyebrows. Coloured or high gloss lip products may not be worn. Nail polish and false nails are not permitted. JEWELLERY No jewellery of any kind except a wristwatch. Girls may wear one pair of small (<5mm) plain silver, pearl or gold sleepers or studs in the ear-lobe. Other piercings (including clear plastic) are not permitted under any circumstances. GENERAL PRESENTATION Long socks are to be kept up at all times. Short navy socks must be worn with long trousers. A tie must be worn by Middle/Senior boys during Terms 2 and 3 and the top shirt button must be fastened. Hats must be worn at all times when outdoors. Badges and other insignia associated with the College may be worn on the tie or blazer. Girls skirts must be worn with the waist band above the hips and the hem of both skirts and dresses must entirely cover the knees when standing. Obsolete uniform may not be worn. The sports uniform may be worn to and from school for Core PE classes and on sports day, when students are actively participating in sport. Please refer to the student timetable for confirmation of days to wear sport uniform. Sports shirts may be worn out as long as they do not cover below the pocket of the shorts or skirt and do not show from under a jumper. It is expected that the uniform will be kept neat and clean. Worn, torn, paint stained, dirty or damaged uniform items are not acceptable. Hats that have holes or are damaged are not acceptable and must be repaired or replaced. Inside hat bands may not be removed or modified. All clothing should be clearly and indelibly marked with the student s name in a way that cannot be removed. Lost items that are named are returned to the student. Unnamed items are cleared from the lost property bin (located at the Uniform Shop), every two weeks.
