Estimating Delivery Time: Orders are shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed by 3:00 pm EST. If it is after 3:00 pm EST your order will ship the next business day. If you need your order to go out right away, please call our customer service department and we will make every effort to get your order out. We are based in Tampa, FL. Sometimes you do not need to choose overnight or second day for your order to arrive by the time you need it. Returns and Exchanges: Any item may be returned for a full refund of the product s cost within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in their original package (example if you order a pack of 18 bracelets, all 18 bracelets must be there). We do not accept jewelry returns for jewelry tarnishing. All of our jewelry is sterling silver plated and will start tarnishing within a 3-6 month period. This is a natural occurrence and jewelry can be cleaned using a silver polish that is available at any store. International Orders: All orders outside the US will be required to pay duties and taxes when your merchandise is delivered. Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from schools, universities, hospitals, and organizations.
