The specialised range of our equipment allows you to perform a series of treatments that will provide you with the effect of smooth skin and slim body. Due to the innovative combination of two main functions of RF and EMS, your skin will regain vitality and youthful glow. PC THERMO LIFT device is technologically advanced and portable, so that you can independently perform cosmetic treatments at home. It is important to carefully read these instructions. Recommended cosmetics Use PC THERMO LIFT only with the original cosmetics of PERFECT COLL 1 Before treatment PC DETOX EXTRACT FROM NORWEGIAN WILD CORNFLOWER The cleanest and most modern, all-natural extract of the flowers of Centaurea harvested from organic farming in Scandinavia, enriched with natural enzymes from Organic Kelp (organic algae). It gently cleans and soothes the sensitive skin of face, neck and the whole body. It does not contain parabens, chemical preservatives, and drying skin alcohol. 6

Device PC THERMO LIFT uses radio waves - (RF) in order to heat deep layers of the skin - and EMS, i.e. muscle electrostimulation. THE DEVICE HAS: 2 EMS HEADS 4 RF HEADS stimulate muscles emit waves with a frequency of 1 million vibrations per second 13
Thermal therapy and muscle stimulation are carried out simultaneously. The temperature sensor in the device also is used as an indicator to protect the skin and to ensure presence of gentle heat, the temperature is maintained within +40 C. Radio waves are used in cosmetology for the non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments, they enhance reduction of body fat and firm the skin. Innovative treatments using RF technology are based on a thermal-induction effect in the tissues. The effect is caused by high frequency current penetration in the skin, causing ions movement in the tissues. Particles bounce off of each other and induce endogenous heat, which is formed inside the body. 14
Heat generated during the treatment will reduce, concentrate or partially denaturate collagen, which is textile structural fibre in our skin, responsible for tight skin. This action stimulates fibroblasts (cells of the dermis) to enhanced proliferation of collagen and elastin fibres. In addition, heat causes expansion of blood vessels in the skin, which improves nutrition and oxygenation, as well as improves metabolism. As a result, it significantly improves skin firmness and wrinkles are reduced. Electrostimulation is a method that strengthens and stimulates the muscles. It uses electrical impulses, which are used in the training devices. Current flow stimulates muscle contractions that normally occur during exercise. This process also causes fat burning. 15

SIMPLE STEPS OF USING PC THERMO LIFT: Make sure that the device is charged and unplugged. Thoroughly clean the area subjected to the treatment. It is advisable to use PC DETOX EXTRACT FROM NORWEGIAN WILD CORNFLOWER. Follow the procedure no more than 9 minutes on the face and 30 minutes for other parts of the body. Apply PC THERMO LIFT GEL on the surface to be treated. If gel is absorbed during the treatment, provide it more - the skin cannot be dry. Turn on the device by pressing ON/ OFF. Use the button to choose the appropriate function. Use the button to choose the appropriate power (remember to start the procedure from the lowest (1). Place the head to the desired part of the body and gently massage (the head should be applied to the skin at an angle of 90 ). Move the head from the bottom to the top. You can apply stroking and grinding movements. 17
After the treatment, turn off the device. Remove the remaining gel from the skin with a tissue or cosmetic pad. Wash the treatment area with PC DETOX EXTRACT FROM NORWEGIAN WILD CORNFLOWER. Apply on face PC PLATINUM COLLAGEN +32 C HIALURON. Do the massage. Apply PC PREBIOTIC SOOTHING CREAM. Clean the head (Chapter Care and maintenance p.23). NOTE! While the first treatment, use the lowest power (1). On the face do not exceed level 2. Higher levels (3 to 5) are used to execute treatments on the body. If you feel the head is very warm, it means that you should apply more gel or you are massaging the area too long (change the place of treatment). Put the device in the package. For best results, execute a series of treatments. Below the recommended treatment series can be found. For persons having time every day, who want to get fast results. Series duration time is five weeks. Treatments including administration of botulinum toxin provided within the last 9 months (e.g. Botox) (in the place of treatment). Fillings with gold thread (in the place of treatment). Allergy to metal. Metal implants (including teeth and joints, and braces). Valves in the heart, a pacemaker. Corticosteroids (in the place of treatment). anticoagulants (blood thinners). Autoimmune diseases (e.g. HIV, lupus, etc.). Cancer. Cardiovascular disease. Epilepsy. Tumours, nodules of unknown origin. Arterial hypertension. Tics. Cardiac dysrhythmia. Disorders of thyroid, kidney, liver. Pregnancy. Lactation (breastfeeding). Increased temperature. Age below 18 years. Keep the device away from children. 21
Notes on application Before treatment, remove all metal parts from the body (jewellery, hair clips, watches, etc.). Before treatment, make sure your skin is clean. The procedure can be executed up to 1 time per day for each part of the body. For each part of the face follow the procedure up to 3 minutes, then go to another part. The maximum time for the entire face is 9 minutes. The maximum duration of the procedure for other parts of the whole body is 30 minutes. Do not hold the device in one place for more than 3 seconds. Never execute the treatment on dry skin (if necessary, add more PC THERMO LIFT GEL). During the procedure, use only Cosmetics by Perfect Coll. During the treatment, it is important that all heads are in contact with the skin. During the treatment, do not touch other persons. The skin can react differently during physiological changes, e.g. during menstruation, the skin can be more sensitive. In such cases, follow the procedure for low-power devices. You can feel the muscle fatigue. This is due to stimulation. If necessary, you can take a day-break. The treatments can only be executed by and to adults, who have carefully read the instructions. 22
Care and maintenance After the treatment, remove the remaining preparation from the head. Disinfection of the device - Wash gel remnants from the head, then wipe with a tissue moistened with 2% salicylic alcohol. Never wash under running water. While cleaning the head, always disconnect the device from the power source. Do not hold the device with wet hands. Never use the device in the bath, sauna, in very humid environment. Use the device after being charged and disconnected from the power source. Keep away from fire and high temperatures. Charge the device only in safe power supply. Keep the device clean and dry. 23
