Doing this before you add the final snow and glamor dust will keep them looking glittery. Snow White Using your liner touch on the snow on the hat and the sign. While it is still wet sprinkle with Glamor Dust. You may need to do this twice Finishing: To assemble I cut two lengths of cord (or craft wire) four inches long and one length twelve inches long. I used the four inch pieces to attach the hat to the sign. Simply go through the holes in the top of the hat in the front and knot in the back. Do the same with the bottom holes in the sign. Be sure to check to make sure the ornament hangs evenly before tying the knots. For the top of the sign, I used the twenty inch piece of cord taking it though the holes and knotting. Trim off the excess cord. 3
