Some of the subjects photographed by Cava include the 1990 UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team, portraits of prominent individuals, landmarks, shows, and events from around Las Vegas. Las Vegas, Nevada. Biographical Note Greg Cava is a photographer who grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas and the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. After graduating from the Art Center College of Design, Cava worked as the team photographer for the Oakland Raiders from 1982 to 1987. Cava went on to work as the University of Nevada, Las Vegas's contracted photographer for athletics. In particular, Cava was photographer for the UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team during the 1990 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament National - Page 3-
Championship game against the Duke Blue Devils. As of 2016 Cava owns his own photography business, Cava Photographer, in Las Vegas and teaches photography at Bishop Gorman High School.
