It is part of one of our highest grade within the Real Human hair category. This type of hair is harvested from Chinese People. It is a naturally very straight and very silky hair. This hair will not tangle if you keep it silky straight. It is difficult to curl because the hair is twice coarser than Indian hair. It is great for people who like their hair with a lot of volume without the heavy weight. This hair can be still process to any curls or hair textures of your choice. BRAZILIAN VIRGIN: 100% unprocessed hair which contains cuticles aligned at the same direction. It is our highest grade within the Real Human hair category. This type of hair is collected from Brazil. Brazilian hair is one of our more expensive virgin hair because it is widely requested from around the world. This hair is easy to curl and to straighten. Brazilian hair is versatile and can be naturally straight, naturally wavy, naturally kinky curly or naturally afro. The people in Brazil have different background, come from a mixed ethnicity and don t exactly look the same and so is their hair. Sometime this hair will have a silky look or natural frizzyness or kinky look in it. All our Brazilian hair is different oppose to the Chinese Virgin hair. This hair will rarely tangle if it s naturally straight. If you do not follow our care instructions, very curly hair will tangle over time. MALAYSIAN VIRGIN : 100% unprocessed hair which contains cuticles aligned at the same direction. It is part of our highest grade within the Real Human hair category. This type of hair is collected from Malaysian people. It is less expensive than our Brazilian hair but more expensive than our Chinese Virgin. You can curl or straight it as your own hair IMPORTANT NOTICE: After purchasing your wig, please follow our hair care instructions carefully to avoid any issues. Don t hesitate to ask for our help if you need us to wash, condition and/or detangle your lace hair. About the hair types and yaki hair texture: Please note that yaki or light yaki is not a hair type but a hair texture. The yaki and light yaki hair texture can be made with any types of hair. Any types of hair can be modified to the hair texture of your choose so for example you could order a Brazilian Virgin light yaki hair or a Brazilian Virgin yaki hair texture. Since the hair would have been processed to suit your requirements it will not be virgin anymore. Therefore if you have requested a Brazilian or Malaysian virgin hair types, the raw hair itself will be virgin at the beginning before processing and for this reason you will be charged the full price for Virgin hair. You are free to order a 100% Virgin hair and to ask a experienced hair stylist to process the hair texture ( curls, waves ) or to dye / bleach the hair for you if you do not wish the hair to be processed by the factory.
RETURN POLICY In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our products, it must be returned, AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE, within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Special Delivery (for wigs) and recorded delivery for items below 40.00 must be used for returns. The item must be in its original packaging, UNTAMPERED with and UNUSED, in the same condition that it was sent to you. VERY, VERY IMPORTANT: THE LACE MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CUT. Before cutting the lace on a wig, please make sure that it fits and that you are happy with it, as we will not accept any returns of wigs on which the lace has been cut. If you fail to adhere to these conditions, your return will be refused. We do not accept return for hair accessories, shampoo, glues, adhesive, solvent or similar products. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item IN RESELLABLE CONDITION. Postage charges will not be refunded. Although we reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee, on returned in-stock items If your order qualified for free delivery, the amount it actually cost to post the order to you will still be deducted from your refund. Please send it back immediately. We will analyze your custom order form which has been submitted to our company when placing your order. If it does not match the criteria on the custom order form provided by our manufacturer, we will re-make the unit or hair piece free of charge. We will not accept any unit that has been altered, worn, brushed, combed, cut, glued or washed in any way. SALE ITEMS/USED ITEMS Sales on all Sale Items and Used items (i.e. items in the "WIGS ON SALE" or "USED/RESTORED WIGS" sections) are final. Sale and used items cannot be returned, nor exchanged. FREE WIG REPAIRS From the day of purchase, your wig is eligible for a free repair within 1 month of purchase in the unlikely event that any of the following happens: - Tear, damage lace, heavy hair shedding, unusual tangling / matting of the hair (Please note that wig cleaning is not included in our free repair service and we may request a 15.00 fees if your wig need shampooing) We will investigate any claim for free repairs. If it appears that you haven t followed our hair care instructions the free repair eligibility will not be valid. Free repair is not valid if you have bought your wig over a month. Therefore your wig can still be repaired for a minimum fees of 80.00 (this fees doesn t includes wig cleaning All the wigs that we send to our factory for repair must be properly cleaned before repairing. If you require us to clean your wig before repairing, an additional 15.00 fees is required and will be added to the repair fees). We post all lace hair which needs repairing to our factory in Asia so it will takes approximately 3 months or more to get your repaired wig back, please make sure you have a spare wig during this time. You can use any of our refurbished wigs for sale as an emergency / spare wig. Usually you wig will need to be repaired following the first or the third month of use. If you use your full lace wig intensively, every day and you brush it every day, using the same wig every time you wig is likely to need repairing within 1 month as a full lace wig is not shedding free. You will loose more or less the same amount of hair that you will loose on your own hair if you brush it every day. Using the knot sealer will help prevent heavy hair shedding and it wil help keeping your wig longer. TIPS: if you have some spare line of hair wefts with the same hair texture than you wig, you can stitch 2 to 3 lines at the back of your lace wig. Stiching on the lace will not damage the wig if done properly. This technique will help keeping your wig much longer. Also please be aware that a very high hair density at the back of your lace wig will trigger hair tangling even if you are using 100% virgin hair. The rubbing of the hair against your clothes/ coat / scarf will increase hair tangling but it might get worse if the hair density at the back of your wig is very high. It is recommended when you wear a coat or a scarf to put your hair up. CANCELLATIONS Once You Have Submitted Your Custom Order Form To Us By Email We Will Carefully Read It Through And Email It To Our Factory. We Reserve The Right To Cancel Your Order If The Factory Tells Us That Your Custom Made Wig Cannot Be Achieved According To Your Requirements. We Will Refund Fully Any Payment That You Might Have Send Us If It Appears To Be The Case. This Refund Will Usually Happen At The End Of The First Week Or At The Beginning Of The Second Week After Placing Your Order.
