WELCOME to our new Beauty and Massage Center, which opened at the end of 2008. Our staff are trained to offer professional consultancy and therapy. Relax and lose yourself in another world, free from the chaos and stress of everyday life. Just let the therapist know what you want before your session begins so that your individual needs can be taken into account. To make sure your experience is as fulfi lling and enjoyable as possible, our wellness employees are all extremely well trained and undergo constant further training. We only use BABOR products in our treatments, for outstanding quality and optimum compatibility. TREATMENTS > Please book your treatment in advance at hotel reception or even prior to arrival. Booked appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of the session without incurring a charge. If you cancel after that time or do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount. > Please note that the specifi ed session length can only ever be an approximate duration. Any short assessments and consultation periods are included in this time. We recommend that you arrive in the waiting room approx. 5 before your appointment so that you can use your time fully. Any sessions not started on time will be shortened accordingly. > Any appointments canceled by the hotel, e.g. due to illness, shall not be subject to compensation claims. > Changing rooms with shower, toilets and lockers are available in our wellness area (lower ground fl oor). Lockers require a 2-Franc coin as a deposit. > Please arrive for any treatments wearing a bathrobe and dry underwear. > All BABOR products that we use for the treatments are also available to purchase. Please speak to a wellness employee or reception about this. > Subject to availability, our treatment range can also be booked by external guests (Day Spa). With treatments valued at 200 or above per person, you will also receive free entry to our exclusive spa area with state-of-the-art indoor pool, outdoor pool with whirlpools, cold-water biotope, sauna, hammam and extensive relaxation areas. In addition, bathrobe, slippers and towels can be provided free of charge for the length of your visit, but we do require a deposit of 50 for this service.
