Please notify our Spa reservation team six hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full value of the service. If, within six hours of your appointment, you need to reschedule, there will be an additional $35 fee. Cancellations of packages require 24- hour notice. We will attempt to resell the appointment to prevent charge to your account. A credit card number is required to guarantee services at the time of booking. SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?
