TERM OF QUOTE This quote shall be in effect for one year, and has the option of being renewed for four additional one year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties, under the same terms and conditions. NEW ITEMS If, over the term of the quote, Lee County Facilities or Construction & Design requires new uniform purchases which are not covered by this quotation; the County reserves the right to negotiate a price for the new items with the awarded vendor. This amount of negotiated uniforms cannot exceed 25% additional items of the original list (not to exceed four items) during the life of the quote. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS All quoted prices shall include inside delivery. BASIS OF AWARD The basis of award for this quote will be the overall low quoter meeting specifications. Vendors must quote on all line items in order to be considered for award. The cost of all ship pin^ and embroiderv shall be included in the cost of the individual items. On the price form. indicate the one time cost for the logo embroiderv set-ups, if applicable. At the conclusion of this auote Lee Countv shall retain ownership of the embroiderv taw. DESIGNATED CONTACT The awarded vendor shall appoint a person or persons to act as a primary contact with the Lee County Facilities or Construction and Design Departments. This person or back-up shall be readily available during normal work hours by phone or in person, and shall be knowledgeable of the terms and procedures involved in this quote. BACKORDERS Backorders will generally be allowed, subject to Lee County's approval. Backorders must be held to a minimum.
