MISS AUCKLAND CUSTOM CULTURE & TATTOO 2017 ENTRY FORM The following information serves as an official application for entry into the third annual Miss Custom Culture and Tattoo competition. The Auckland Custom Culture and Tattoo show is held in association with the V 4&Rotary Nationals, a show that attracts thousands of enthusiasts from all over Australasia. Taking place 28 th January 2017 at the Logan Campbell ASB showground s, get yourself in front of some of NZs best tattoo artists and thousands of social media impressions, there s no better place to showcase your work. Personal Bio: Please include the following along with your completed entry form: At least two photographs of yourself. One photo that clearly shows face, body and tattoos and one that you would like to see posted as your entry photo. An online Facebook competition will be taking place during the lead up to the show so please ensure you chose your photos wisely.. Competition categories Round 1 Open Dress: An outfit of your choice showing your own style and personality. Round 2 Bikini: A bikini of your choice Round 3 Evening: An evening gown of your choice ** Contestants are expected to provide their own outfits. We will provide changing facilities however; contestants must bring their own mirrors and any other items they may require for the show. In association with 4 & Rotary Promotions 2006 Ltd, Auckland Custom Culture and Tattoo Show take no responsibility for lost or stolen items at the event.
Facebook competition This will be an online competition. Each like you get is a vote. This year we are providing an opportunity to get your tattoo artist/s involved. As part of the prize for being the Facebook winner, your tattoo artist of choice can have the chance to win a free booth at the show. Encourage your Tattoo Artist to donate a tattoo voucher valued at no less than $150 (this will need to be supplied before the online comp deadline yet to be confirmed) and also get behind you to support you and their work by sharing your photo and getting your votes up. The Facebook comp will begin during the lead up to the show and will be drawn two weeks before the show; this will allow your artist time to prepare for the show. Your artist will also need to cover all cost to get to and from the show; this includes bringing all necessary gear to operate the booth. (Auckland Custom Culture & Tattoo will provide what would normally be included in a standard booth) If you have any questions around this please ensure you clarify with us first before providing misleading information. Etiquette Policy The Miss Custom Culture & Tattoo competition is a celebration and empowerment of beautiful tattooed women. Although the audience are generally expected to be adults, the family friendly nature of the venue means that the event will be open to all ages. This competition is designed to be classy and tasteful therefore appropriate behaviour is expected from all contestants. For this reason we have created the following regulations for those participating in this event. 1. Public nudity is prohibited. 2. Visible intoxication during the event is prohibited. 3. Inappropriate fraternizing with the judges is prohibited. 4. Obscene or offensive behaviour and or language are prohibited. Information for contestants There are no application fees to enter this competition however; applicants will be expected to cover all costs they may incur in attending this show.
Rules and Regulations The following conditions will be met by the applicants in order to qualify as a contestant for the Miss Custom Culture & Tattoo competition: 1. Must be female 2. Must be over 18 years of age 3. Entrants must have their body tattooed 4. The amount of tattoo coverage you have on your body is up for debate, your eligibility to participate will be at the sole discretion of the organisers 5. Competition rules and regulations are subject to change without notice Model and Media Release As a participant of the Miss Custom Culture & Tattoo competition: I, authorise Auckland Custom Culture & Tattoo in association with 4&Rotary Promotions 2006 Ltd, the irrevocable right to use my name (or any fictional name) picture, portrait, photograph, and video footage in all forms. All media and all manners, any restriction as to changes or alterations for advertising, video broadcast, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any lawful purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) and/or video footage or finished versions incorporating the photograph(s) and/or video footage, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection with these.
