You may do so by completing one of our credit applications. Note: All California businesses must submit a resale certificate prior to placing an opening order. Payment Terms On opening orders we accept payment by Money Order, Visa, or MasterCard. Sales Terms All sales are final. For your protection, we ask that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. You must however, notify your sales specialist of any order discrepancies within 5 days from receipt of goods. Shipping We offer same-day shipping from next day early morning delivery to regular ground service. Any drop shipment will incur a fee. Damaged Merchandise In the event damaged merchandise is received, contact your Sales Specialist within 5 days of receipt. See details in returns section below. TERMS & CONDITIONS onceshipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and merchandise replaced. Returns Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by your sales specialist. Customers must receive a return authorization number (RA#) from their Sales Specialist. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Returns without RA # will be refused and returned to you. Permission to return goods must be obtained within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. No credit will be issued without a copy of the invoice. There are NO CASH REFUNDS. A credit memo will be issued. Credit card customers will receive a credit to their credit card. No returns accepted after 15 days of invoice. Merchandise returned must not be shaken out or brushed. The merchandise must be in its original packaging and in the original condition received. Merchandise not meeting these specifications will not be accepted. Unacceptable merchandise will be returned at the customer s expense. If there is a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we will be happy to exchange or redeem or credit. $8.00 per item returned, restocking fee.
