CUSTOMER INFORMATION Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes prior to you appointment time to fill out relevant documentation and ensure a relaxing and enjoyable treatment. Please note late appointments may be adjusted to accommodate future appointments. To secure bookings of 1.5 hours or more a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment value is required. This can be paid by credit card, gift voucher or cash deposit. Cancellations For cancellations we ask that you please call the salon within 24 hours so that your appointment time may be filled by a guest on our cancellation list. Please note that no-shows and missed appointments will incur a 25% charge. During busy periods or Saturday appointments you may be asked to pre-pay 50% of treatment cost. Gift Certificates & Pamper Packages Our salon team are happy to assist you with selecting the right treatment package as a gift. Phone orders can be taken and we will be happy to post the gift directly to the recipient.
