Spa Etiquette The availability of therapists and services may vary from time to time. Prices valid as at December 2014 and are subject to change without notice. A minimum of 2 hours notice is required prior to your desired appointment time please book early to avoid disappointment. Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow you to fill out your client consultation form. Please understand that late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time. Duration: This is an indicator of the time you should allow for the entire treatment, including discussing individual needs, treatment and getting suitably attired. Reservations: All group bookings and bookings of 3 hours or more require a 50% deposit upon making the appointment. This deposit is refundable with 48 hours notice or upon presentation of a medical certificate. Cancellations: Should you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For no show or missed appointments, the full amount (100%) of your treatment will be charged. Group Bookings: Please speak to our staff, who can tailor a package to suit your needs.
