WHY WEAR THE VIZ360 DT RANGE? MANAGED WORKWEAR SOLUTIONS TAILORED TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS SUPPLY LAUNDER MANAGE All stock held in UK Collection & delivery Garments are collected from site and taken to be cleaned and repaired (if required) and are returned on the same specified day each week. Management reporting All too often we hear of our clients dissatisfaction at having to buy products from various supply bases to meet demand. Selectequip warehouses are always fully stocked with garments to ensure our customers are supplied with essential safety workwear. Measuring Service We offer a full measuring service at pre-agreed dates and times, ensuring the best fit garments for your staff. Identification & traceability Before any garment is issued, it s barcoded with the wearer s name, site location and employer, ensuring we can track and report on every garment. Unique wash process We only use environmentally friendly, organic compounds which guarantee garments are returned odour and irritant free. The process is gentle so colours don t leach or fade, yet still tough on oil and grease, keeping garments looking at their best even after numerous wash and wear cycles. Inspection & repairs On every cycle, garments are checked and any required repairs are carried out (including zip replacement or patching). Garments are then individually packed for return delivery. Repairs/alterations can be requested via our blue tag system. With barcode tracking included as standard, we ve ensured all the information you could need about your garments is available on regular management reports. These can be based on laundry usage by wearer or site, repair history, garment life cycle in fact, just about any criteria you require. Managed lockers An optional service that delivers laundered garments back to employees individual lockers, removing the need for staffed cloakrooms or stores on site, and helping to reduce casual theft. Secure garment removal Our removal scheme is designed to assist our customers with the destruction and disposal of contaminated, branded workwear garments that have reached the end of their life cycle.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Q - How long will they take to charge? A - Just 5 minutes in natural light or 10-15 minutes in artificial lights i.e. locker room lighting, vehicle headlamps, floodlights, head torches etc. Q - What if I haven t had a chance to charge the PPE? A - Even if you ve stored the PPE in the boot of your car - by the time you ve put on the items, got ready for your shift or had a debrief the technology will have charged up. Every time you walk in / around any light source the technology is charging without you having to do anything or even think about it. Q - When will the products be available in the UK? A - The first bulk delivery arrived into the UK in December and further orders are already being planned Q - How many times can I wear / use the PPE? A - The fabrics are certified up to 100 industrial washes and the tape has had accelerated life testing for charge / discharge to the equivalent of 30 years usage and was still working so we stopped! Q - Do these garments meet high visibility standards? A - Yes these garments are all fully certified to both EN 2071 (high visibility) and GORT 32 (UK Rail standard, applies to orange only) Q - How do I clean the new PPE compared to what we do now? A - These garments can either be industrially laundered (except poloshirts) or washed domestically - you can clean them exactly as you do now. They also come with a water & stain repellant finish to help with the cleaning process. Q - What if I rip or damage the tape, will it still work? A - Yes - the photons in the technology work independently of one another so the only parts which won t work are any of the individual photons which have been damaged. The tape can also be repaired by an industrial laundry provider in exactly the same way as they do now. Q - When will the waterproof jackets be available? A - We re developing the wet weather range and are expecting to launch it in the next few months, ready for the next winter season. We re also developing the range in different colours and in a ladies range.
