But there are several problems, such as it s poor dispersion and uneven application color. A new inorganic white pigment, the composite of porous spherical silica including micronized titanium dioxide, can improve these problems and provide a new make-up result. In this paper, optical characteristics of a new white pigment and its application to cosmetics are described.
