Description: Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser is a superior performance alkanolamine based detergent for general cleaning of cellar floors and walls. It is also an excellent soak cleaner for components used on beer lines and other parts used in the cellar process. Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser contains biodegradable wetting agents to quickly penetrate soils and grease found on cellar floors, and is easily rinsed to allow for fast cleaning operations. Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser helps prevent the build up of bacteria and moulds which are a common problem in cellar environments, and being very low in odour Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser will not leave residual fragrances that may interfere with beer taste or smell. Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser Is an effective component soak for the removal of beerstone, water scales and biofilms that accumulate in components used on the beer lines and other beer delivery systems. It has excellent penetrating power and will combine with both organic and inorganic soils to gently remove them from threads and difficult to get at areas of complex fittings. Benefits: Powerful penetrating and cleaning action. Low foam for easy rinsing. Neutral odour. Contains sanitizer to control micro organic growth. Suitable for most surfaces found in cellars. Excellent component soak. Technical Data: Appearance: Clear purple medium viscosity liquid Odour: Neutral ph of soln: 12.5 (Neat) 12.0 (1% solution) Highly alkaline. Specific Gravity: 1.05@ 200C. Foam: Low. Directions for Use: Ensure correct safety clothing gloves and glasses are worn before commencing cleaning operations. Cellar Cleaning: For regular cleaning of floors and walls, dilute 35mls of Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser per litre of water. Apply by mop or sponge in a circular motion ensuring that excessive solution applied is quickly picked up again by applicator to avoid puddles and excessive mopping as solution spreads. Mop or sponge dry and for a high quality clean, apply a fresh water rinse by the same method.

Component soaking: Dismantle keg coupler, faucet, and any other fitting, and place in a container for soaking. Make up Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser at the rate of 35mls per litre of water (3.7% v/v). Solutions may be made up and kept overnight before cleaning if required. Soak all fittings in this solution for a minimum or 30 minutes, overnight soaking is acceptable. Brush clean all couplings, then rinse with fresh water until clear, and if in doubt as to the effectiveness of this rinse, test rinse water with ph papers. Check seals and o rings for wear and replace if necessary. When completely rinsed and checked, reassemble lines. Dispose of all remaining cleaning residues and rinse water to sewer.

Colour dyed for safety and cleaning solution recognition. Contains sanitizer to inhibit bacteria and fungal growth. Manufactured from food grade ingredients. Low ph formulation for improved safety in use. Versatile dual purpose cleaner and soak for reduced inventory. Excellent component soak to remove soil and bacteria from fittings. Stable food grade dye used for safety and improved storage life of Product. Manufactured under strict HACCP requirements. Concentrated formulation for economical cleaning. Drum label colour coded to wall charts and MSDS for extra safety. Linked to colour coded Cellar System to avoid product mix ups.

CELLAR CLEANING A B C D FOUR STEP CLEANING PROCESS SETTING UP 1. Always wear rubber gloves, apron and safety glasses. 2. Remove any unnecessary items from cellar floor. 3. Ensure mop or sponge is clean before use. 4. Sweep as much dirt and other contamination from floor. 5. Ensure applicable safety signs are in place before commencing. CLEANING 1. Mix 35mls of Cellar Cleaner Soak & Sanitiser in every 1 litre of water to be used for cleaning into bucket. 2. Mop sponge or wipe solution over area to be cleaned in a circular motion, paying attention to corners and any difficult to reach areas. 3. Where heavy soil build ups are present, or fungal growth is required to be removed, allow solution to remain in contact with surface for a few minutes before rinsing. 4. For light duty cleaning mopping over with solution without rinsing is acceptable. 5. Where difficult soil build ups occur rub these areas with a nylon scourer soaked in solution before final mop operations. RINSING 1. For heavy duty cleaning or where an exceptional clean is required mop up residues then follow with a clean water rinse, again using mop or sponge. 2. Mop or sponge to remove most of the liquid remaining. RE-COMMENCE OPERATIONS 1. Remove and store safety signs. 2. Ensure bucket, mop or sponge is thoroughly rinsed after use to maximize longevity.

COMPONENT SOAK & CLEAN A B C D FOUR STEP CLEANING PROCESS SETTING UP 1. Attach CLEANING sign to faucet tower. 2. Shut off CO2 supply at regulator 3. Disconnect coupler at the keg 4. Disconnect beer line and CO2 hose at coupler 5. Disconnect faucet using correct faucet wrench. CLEANING 1.
