Your Day Spa Experience Whether you are escaping from the pressures of modern life with a day to yourself, enjoying a relaxing break with friends, or a good old fashioned hen party, you will receive a warm and friendly yet professional welcome. Following your welcome drink, you will have a brief tour and consultation, receive your locker and robe, and then the day s agenda is yours to decide. All treatment times are an approximation and include a consultation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. If you are running late we will, where possible, try to ensure a full treatment time. However to accommodate our next guest your treatment time may be reduced. The Spa is available for both male and female clients aged 16 years and above. We advise you to avoid shaving 24 hours before all body treatments, waxing and men s facials. The Spa is a tranquil environment we therefore request all mobile phones and other electrical devices be turned off on entry to The Spa. Day Spas Guests will receive a tour of the Resort to ensure you are settled into a day of relaxation. We will provide you with a towel and robe for your comfort. It would be advisable to bring suitable swimming / gym attire if you are planning to use the health club. Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to secure all Day Spa bookings. If a Day Spa or treatment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be liable for 50% of your total charge.
