How to Spa Reservations We recommend you book your treatment in advance to secure your preferred day and time. This can be done in person, over the phone at 212.613.8720 or by email at lpnyc.spa@langhamhotels.com. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. Minimum Age The minimum age requirement for access to The Spa at Langham Place, Fifth Avenue is 16. Check-In We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives you ample time to complete our pre-treatment questionnaire, enjoy our sauna and steam rooms and take advantage of our Aqua Lounge, which features Turkish Style Hamman, Vitality Pool, Experiential Showers and Chill Room. Etiquette Our Spa environment is one of exquisite tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all Spa guest s right to privacy and serenity. Cancellation/Late Policy Please understand that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. Should you need to change/cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of four (4) hours of notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
