We are an innovator in both products and materials, especially our proprietary vinyls. Each of our products is designed with the wearer in mind, and individually sewn to specification, meeting the highest standards of quality in the industry. Gary Novelty Gary Novelty is our line of Incontinent Wear items for the adult market. The products are designed for fun. Important Note: Please handle vinyl clothing items with care. Unlike regular clothes which stretch and give, vinyl does not, and may tear if not handled delicately.

French Brief in Solid Black Pantaloons Gary Pantaloon is comfortable and roomy, modeled in the style of harem pants. The leg is full-length and elasticized at ankle with ¾ enclosed elastic. Locking Pant Page 5 Locking Pant Gary Locking Pants are a pull-on style with soft white muslin casing at the waist for the chain. The casing opens both front and back, so the lock may be placed by wearer on either side. Gary Locking Pant comes with small brass pad-lock and 2 keys. Pink Ruffles Pull-On Polyfill Diaper This pull-on flannel diaper is lined with polyfill, and designed for a full effect. Center gusset contains 2 layers of flannel and 1 layer of polyfill. Terms of Sale Page 19 ORDERING All orders are placed electronically via email in our Excel order form. All orders require a Purchase Order number. Please refer to this number on all correspondence regarding your order. Your orders are processed for factory production each Tuesday morning. Orders not received by Monday evening, will be delayed by one week. Custom orders are to be placed via fax or email on the Gary Custom Order Form. Confirmation will be sent via email or fax. ORDER MINIMUMS Initial order value for new distributors is $1000.00. All distributors must maintain a minimum of $12,000 in annual sales to keep distributorship current. SHIPPING AND HANDLING All prices are FOB Chula Vista, California, USA. We ship all domestic orders UPS, and all international orders DHL, or Global Express. A $5.50 handling charge applies to each shipment. RETURNS No returns without prior authorization. CREDIT Net 15 on credit approval only, otherwise all accounts are pre-paid. All past due invoices will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. All returned checks and other payment collection costs will be the responsibility of the account. WHOLESALE Gary Manufacturing does not retail any items from this catalog. Individual consumer inquiries are referred to distributors listed on our website. LEAD TIME Lead time for production is generally 15-20 working days. CUSTOM ORDERS If the item you require is not found in our standard product line catalog, then it is considered a custom item and up-charges apply. All custom orders must be submitted via fax or email using the Custom Order Form. All custom orders are subject to approval by Gary Manufacturing and will be priced on an individual basis. Custom pattern charges range from $30.00 to $60.00 based on complexity, and minor changes to existing patterns (sewing and material changes only, not cutting) will range from $3.00 to $5.00. All custom orders and patterns will be named as requested and dated to be kept on file for reorder purposes. Standard lead time may not apply to custom orders; completion time will depend on the factory workload at time of order.
