PROGRAM DESCRIPTION This curriculum will introduce students to the latest trends in the beauty industry. If you love make up, color and cosmetics and have the creativity to experiment with new looks, then becoming a makeup artist would be a good option for you. Job opportunities for expert makeup artists are growing fast and undoubtedly, the profession is the top rewarding and demanding today. For those aspiring to become makeup artists, industries ranging from movie makers, Theater, TV channels, beauty salons or client s homes come under their access area. PROGRAM TECHNIQUE During the makeup course students will recognize and determine the various face and eye shapes as well will be introduced to the various tools of makeup. They will achieve an excellent practical makeup and technical skills. Student will work with clients to create various look and will practice the skills to apply makeup for a variety of Occasions such as weddings, evening and every day where for all ages and skin tones. Students will learn how to practice professional client consultation. 01
BOUT CLARINE CLARINE SKAF For the past 18 years, makeup has been Clarine s passion. To Clarine make up is an art form performed by an artist NOT simply the application of make up. Over the years, Clarine invested 12 hours per day, 6 to 7 days per week fine tuning her skills. By performing at such a high standard her reputation was slowly growing nationally. Her first high-profile job came when her talent was discovered by a local TV station leading her to LBC international where she walked on high-profile entertainment shows such as star academy and beauty pageants. She was able to break into the advertising industry doing commercials, billboards and magazines. From here, she was able to find work in the movie industry and fashion shows. Clarine is available for various makeup artistry needs, including proms, bridal and wedding parties, special occasions and photoshoots. Her training and experience in the industry has made her an expert in creating a flawless look for your special day. 02

COURSE SCHEDULE DAY 1 JUNE 4 10:00am to 4:00pm Introduction to the industry Tools: What you need to know about brushes Sanitation: Makeup remover, brush cleaner, disposal dates Skin care: Skin types, cleaners, eye creams and moisturizers DAY 2 JUNE 6 10:00am to 4:00pm Priming and preparing the face Corrective makeup: how to use colour correcting concealers Foundation: How to identify the skin tone, types of Foundation and tools and applying it (Model needed) DAY 3 JUNE 7 10:00am to 4:00pm Highlighting and contouring: analyzing the feature and contouring the face cheeks, nose, forehead, chin and jawline. Basic eyes makeup Blending the makeup (Model needed) 05 DAY 4 JUNE 11 10:00am to 4:00pm Applying setting powder: types and application tools Brow shaping: filling in, the best eyebrow types for each face shape Cheeks : blush by face shape Lips: choosing the right lip colour, applying lip liner, creating balance based on the lip shape (Model needed)
