The October / November training is interrupted in one day October 31 st. The training is in English language held. Probably individual translator is subject of distributor. The Second level training is only for our Q-switch laser line, MCL31 and MultiPulse HoPLUS foreseen. Training schedule See days schedule and information about level trainings, subjects see main issues of the service training sessions. Initial test and final examination with result above 60% as presupposition for Certificate done. If target is not reached only confirmation of participation issued, no access authorization for Second level training, distributor is informed and repeat suggested 9. Notebook and link cables Read the information especially the software and tools requirements which you get by email prior start of service training. Some laser systems request for service access special link cables and computer software. Prepare your Notebook as in information advised and take along to the training session. If no training in Jena received and no equipment ready for use no support will be done and we have to charge fully expenses in case of any also warranty related service trips.
