/1 MS swiss cosmetics, future flagship of top of the range Swiss made cosmetics. Born in January 2016 from the meeting between STRAND COSMETICS EUROPE and MARVINPAC, the Joint-Venture MS swiss cosmetics is positioned as a high-quality subcontractor for the formulation, manufacture, and packing of "Swiss made" cosmetics. One year after its arrival on the market, this new actor has many assets to seduce the ultra-premium cosmetics brands. A discovery at the heart of a sustainable high-tech device, full of rigor, technicality and humanity. The Brand-new and state-of-the-art workshops are OTCs-compliant. Hosted on the very recent MARVIPAC site (2013) in Châtel- Saint-Denis, MS swiss cosmetics has "clean rooms" to produce cosmetic cares in optimal hygiene and safety conditions and in total match with the European, Asian and American regulations. As soon as they are delivered, the raw materials are checked in a dedicated space, that is equipped with a laminar flow. A WHM (Ware House Management) system manages 6,000 pallet locations in FIFO / FEFO mode.
/2 Access, circulation and controlled atmosphere and pressure zones prevent the risk of contamination. The flow of materials, staff and access to the different rooms of the manufacturing unit is done via the specific accesses with an Interlock System. The pressure cascade between the different zones, that are under controlled atmosphere is controlled by a cockpit. The whole organization has been conceived to control the flows - air, materials - to avoid any risk of cross contamination. Purified water of glaciers: a water of excellence for top-of-the-range cosmetic products. The products benefit from the exceptional location of the place, that is dominated by the Dent de Lys, where the Veveyse-de-Châtel river takes its origin. As a major component of cosmetics care, the water that is supplied to the plant is of a very high quality level at the very outset. It is then purified by reverse osmosis system before being distributed in the clean rooms. Production of formulas: expertise, strictness and safety. Within the installations, the manufacturing rooms have the latest generation equipment according to the type of formulas to be manufactured: emulsions, lotions, etc. An integrated organoleptic and physicchemical analysis laboratory. The presence of the laboratory at the heart of the manufacturing rooms facilitates the control operations throughout the production process. Microbiological analyses are outsourced to an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
/3 Bottles, jars, tubes, Full-Airless: The filling lines offer a wide combination of possibilities.
