Junior School Uniform Guidelines School uniforms give students a sense of belonging to the school and create an identity for the school in the community. Therefore, the school asks that all students meet the uniform requirements outlined below: General Expectations Summer uniform is worn during Terms 1 and 4. Winter uniform is worn during Terms 2 and 3. All uniforms must fit properly. Boys who wear a jumper over the summer uniform must tuck the shirt in. Jumpers or vests are not to be worn with the sport uniform. However, in the event of exceptionally cold weather, the vest or jumper may be worn under the sport jacket, but not as a replacement for the sport jacket. Girls: hair longer than shoulder length must be worn fully tied back Boys: Hair must be groomed and above the collar and out of their eyes, cut in an evenlength style. Only natural hair colours are permitted. Makeup & Jewellery Makeup is not part of the K-6 uniform. Jewellery: a watch is permitted. Girls are allowed one single sleeper or plain stud in each earlobe only. No necklaces, rings or bracelets are allowed. Boys are not permitted to wear earrings or to have body piercings such as eyebrow, lip or nose piercings.

Winter uniform is worn during terms 2 and 3. The blazer is the compulsory outer garment for warmth for seniors. Blazers are encouraged for Years 7-10. The jersey is the outer garment with the sport uniform and should not be worn except with the sport uniform. 1. Makeup Years 7-10: no makeup. Years 11-12 girls are permitted to wear a light covering of natural appearance foundation. No other makeup permitted. Natural nails only. 2. Jewellery Girls are allowed one single sleeper or a small plain stud in each earlobe only. Wearing of a watch is encouraged. No necklaces or bracelets are allowed. Girls in Year 11 12 may wear one plain, flat ring. Apart from a single piercing in the lobe of each ear (girls only), no body piercings of any kind are allowed, nor are clear spacers or coverings to hide body piercings. 3. Hair Girls: only natural colours are permitted. Hair longer than shoulder length must be worn fully tied back. Boys: hair must be groomed, above the collar and out of their eyes. Hair not of a length that can be tied back. Faces must be clean-shaven.

Uniform Shop The Uniform Shop is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 2pm during school terms. Additional trading days are advertised in the school newsletter. Parents can also order uniforms online. Call the Uniform Shop for more information on how to do this. Payments can be made directly to the Uniform Shop by credit card, EFTPOS or cash.
