Bids must be delivered to the City Recorder s Office, 900 SE Douglas, Roseburg, OR 97470, by 10:00 a.m. on April 12, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All items will be sold to the highest bidder upon payment to the City of Roseburg in the form of cash, money order or certified check; personal checks or credit cards will not be accepted. The high bidder will be given until 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 14, 2017 to submit payment and take possession of the item. If the highest bidder defaults on the bid, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder until the transaction is complete. Bidders submitting bids on more than one item must submit a separate sealed bid on each individual item. Any bid not properly submitted or submitted after the above stated date and time will be returned to the bidder and will not be considered by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any bid the City deems unreasonable. All items will be sold as-is with no warranty or guarantee.
